The following is a list of tools that an Undinic Witch may use. Not all of the tools are listed as there are oathbound items and not all of the uses of the listed tools are documented here as that is also oathbound information. All tools may find their way into 12 Queen Celebration recitals as props. Each tool is qualified as being required of an individual Cove or if it is a required tool for each siren.

• Wand – must be made of copper, tipped with a quartz point. It may be a a solid rod or tube of copper or it may be a stick with copper wire wrapped around it, but it must be touching the quartz point connecting all the way to the hand while in use. It’s used to draw in the Undines at the West quarter. It is also used to consecrate salt, water, drink, and food. (Cove tool, but sirens are encouraged to craft their own copper wand and may begin using it in the Maelstrom alongside the Lead Siren.)
• Chalice – can be made of any material but is advised to be made of something unbreakable. It’s used to hold drink. (Siren tool.)
• Pool – can be made of any material that holds water and is large enough to stand in. It’s used to draw up Undinic energy and for cleansing. (Cove tool.)
• Cords – can be made of any material that can easily be tied in a knot, can absorb water and must be 12 feet long. It’s used to signify crown status and is a symbolic tether to each siren’s Cove. It is kept by the Lead Siren until the owner of the cord begins running a Maiden Cove. Cords start as white with one knot then is subsequently dyed a deeper blue and another knot is added through crown progression. Cord is to be loosely tied around the waist in every Maelstrom. A notation may be added to the cord to signify ownership to avoid mix ups while in the Lead Siren’s possession. (Siren tool.)
• Conch horn – must be a large conch shell with the tip cut off to be crafted into a horn. This is the messenger and is used to call forth the Undines as well as other ritual uses. (Cove tool, but sirens may craft and bring their own to use alongside Lead Siren.)
• Conch shell – must be a large conch shell, unaltered. This is the receiver and is used to receive messages from Ocean Mother. (Siren tool.)
• Coal and incense – a lit charcoal briquette is used to burn incense and the incense must be made of herbs, fragrance/essential oils, and resin. It’s used as an offering to goddesses or spirits and there are incense recipes that coincide with respective 12 Queen Celebrations, The Blue Moon Festival, and a core recipe for all other Maelstrom rituals. • Staff – can be made of any material, must be 4 feet or taller and tipped with selenite. It’s used to churn and unchurn the Maelstrom. (Cove tool.)
• Salt water – can be made of sea water or previously consecrated sea salt and sweet water. It’s used to cleanse sirens and ritual space. (Cove tool.)
• Besom – handle can be made of any material and bristles can be made of any grassy material in a round bundle, not fanned. It’s used to swirl and churn up unwanted energy for dispersion. (Cove tool.)
• Necklace – every siren must wear a necklace made of pearls, coral, shells, any water related material, or any combination of which in order to participate in the innercourt Maelstrom. (Siren tool.)
• Pearl Ring – every siren must wear a natural pearl ring on her right finger within the Maelstrom to signify union with the undines. (Siren tool.)
